I see an option to pay my rent with Zelle® on the Schedule My Rent website. Is this legitimate?

Yes, Zelle® is currently running a limited beta experience with one merchant, Schedule My Rent (, a rental property management software company. If your landlord utilizes Schedule My Rent as their rental management software and you are enrolled with Zelle® directly through your financial institution, you can choose to pay your monthly rent with Zelle®. When you select to pay your rent with Zelle®, there is no need to input your bank account information or card details, all you need to do is enter your Zelle® enrolled U.S. mobile number or email address. You’ll receive a notification from your bank or credit union that you have a pending request. Locate the request in your banking app, confirm the amount is accurate and hit “Send.” If you are not sure what your daily send limits are, check with your bank or credit union.

If you do not receive the payment request, receive an error message on the Schedule My Rent website or would like confirmation that the payment was received, please contact Schedule My Rent for assistance.
