If you are using Zelle® through your mobile banking app, please contact your bank or credit union’s customer support team. Qualifying imposter scams may be eligible for reimbursement.

If you’re enrolled with your debit card through the Zelle® app, please contact our customer support team. You can reach our customer support team toll-free at 844-428-8542. Qualifying imposter scams may be eligible for reimbursement.

You may also report impostor scams to the Federal Trade Commission.
